Create an account, choose an Edit, select the number of moments you would like to plan, and add the people and occasions that matter to you. Your dashboard will guide you through the remaining details.

An Edit is your chosen gifting experience. The Thoughtful, Curated, and Signature Edits offer different levels of curation, product value, and personalisation, while every option is built around meaningful moments.

A moment is any occasion you want to show up for: birthdays, anniversaries, milestones, congratulations, thank-yous, seasonal celebrations, or an unprompted gesture of care.

Yes. From your Moments area you can update eligible dates, recipient information, preferences, and delivery notes. Depending on fulfilment status, you may also be able to pause or stop a moment.

The earlier the better. Adding a moment well ahead of its date gives more room for thoughtful curation and reliable delivery. Any specific lead time required for an order will be shown during the experience.

Yes. Add the recipient’s complete delivery information to the moment. Please make sure you have permission to share their details and that the address is accurate before fulfilment begins.

Payments are processed through secure independent payment providers. The full amount, currency, and any recurring schedule are shown before you confirm. Your bank or payment provider may apply its own verification or transaction fees.

Eligibility depends on the item and how far curation or fulfilment has progressed. Contact us as soon as possible and we will explain the available options. Your mandatory consumer rights always remain unaffected.

Sensitive payment credentials are handled by our payment providers. We may retain limited transaction details, such as payment status, method type, billing information, and a masked account reference, to complete orders and provide support.
